Our background in Utilities and Healthcare has allowed us to accumulate domain knowledge and technical competency while developing solutions that make a difference. We specialise in technology solutions, but we believe that our growth - from a small team of seven to a global organisation comprising hundreds of innovative digital experts - is down to our people; our customers and our employees. Chairman and Founder
Santosh Kaveti has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Applying technology to build solutions is one of his core passions. After completing his Masters in Software Engineering from Kansas State, he started his full-time career as a programmer at Southeastern Data Cooperative (SEDC). He quickly grew into an all-rounder, IT professional playing several managerial as well as C- level roles. He founded ProArch in 2006 to provide world-class IT services. He applied a unique development methodology in working with customers, which is one of the core contributing factors to ProArch's success today. He strongly believes that understanding the customer's business, culture, expectations and working as a trusted partner in a team extension model provides optimal results. He currently resides in Atlanta along with his wife, son and daughter.
Brian comes to ProArch with 10 years of Global Shared Services experience with Thomson Reuters and KPMG, where he was awarded numerous chairman service awards. He has 20+ years in Utility Software Development/Project Management, where he held leadership roles at SCT Utility Systems, Excelergy Corporation, and Axiom Corporation. He also successfully co-founded, grew, and sold Power Consulting Corporation, LLC; a software consulting firm. Brian has a Bachelor of Science from Saint John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. He now resides in Atlanta, GA; where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
EVP of Business Development
Bill Price is ProArch’s EVP of Business Development. He is a natural coach with an unwavering focus on Client Success. Bill is known for his Servant Leadership style and deep expertise setting, communicating and executing breakthrough strategies that create exponential value. Bill received his BS in MIS from Auburn and MBA from Samford. He started his career as a Programmer Analyst, moved in to Project and Program Management where he earned Six Sigma and PMP Certifications. Then, with a track record of successfully delivering complex engagements, he moved into various Executive Leaderships roles. He continued his Executive Education at Harvard Business School and UGA’s Terry College of Business and now sits on the advisory Board of Directors for Samford’s Brock School of Business. He resides in Atlanta, GA where he is active in the community and loves spending time with his wife and three beautiful daughters.
VP, Business Development (Europe)
Highly innovative, an energetic global agile delivery practitioner with 15 years' experience in the IT sector driving significant change management programmes and maximizing cross-functional and cross-cultural team effectiveness. As VP of Business Development for ProArch's European business, Jason continues to build new propositions in the global sourcing industry, working holistically across Process, Technology, and Culture to deliver high-quality software more attuned to end customers. Jason is driven by a passion for setting up success-making environments within companies, where people working on a product feel the joy of creating something that matters, and feeling immediately the impact of their decisions upon themselves, their colleagues, and their customers.
VP, Microsoft Solutions
Robert Hosea is a “born in the cloud” executive technology leader with over 25 years of experience in designing, implementing, and automating large private and public cloud architectures. He has a proven track record for envisioning and building business strategies for professional service delivery teams. Through Robert’s leadership, his teams constantly expand on cutting-edge technology delivery capabilities. Talented for recognizing potential team members, developing internal training, and sponsoring mentorship programs, Robert instills superior teamwork and retention of his team members. Throughout his career, Robert has held many senior positions across premier organizations like SA IT, Macy's, Bowstone Fabrication, State of Georgia and Bear Stearns. He is a certified speaker for the MEC & IMMERSION programs for Microsoft.
VP, Delivery & Operations
John is a seasoned IT professional, with over 18 years of experience across multiple technologies, geographies & business domains. Prior to ProArch, John played various roles in large scale complex delivery for clients consisting of large Banking and Financial Services clients. In his last stint, he was responsible for transforming operations of a large global account while improving margins. He is also experienced in implementing Lean transformation program. His experience working in different parts of India, at client locations in Japan, USA and UK made him culturally competent and an effective team player across global teams. He has Masters in Computer Applications from Osmania University, India.
