What is the purpose of an Azure Readiness Assessment?

The assessment helps evaluate your current IT environment, identify cloud migration opportunities, and create a clear, actionable plan for your Azure migration.

How long does the process take?

On average, the Azure Readiness Assessment takes six weeks. Timeline can vary depending on your needs.

What deliverables will I receive?

You’ll receive an executive summary, a migration roadmap, cost estimates, and detailed recommendations for optimizing your Azure environment.

What happens after the assessment?

If you choose to continue to work with ProArch after the assessment we will move to the proof-of-concept (PoC). Once the PoC phase is done we’ll go into full execution of your migration. Learn more about our azure migration capabilities here.

Will my team be involved during the assessment?

The level of involvement depends on your objectives. Typically, the IT team and other key business stakeholders are involved as well as third parties as needed.
