The technical discovery and gap analysis includes updating network documentation and asset inventory, understanding availability and design, and OT environment knowledge transfer. Then, recommendations, are make for improvements. After the discovery and gap analysis is implementation which is an additional 4 weeks and includes going on-site. Engineers and consultants overlay network and security best practices, deploy technology, create customized alerts, and then turnover to the ProArch support and security teams.
